In modern thermal processing and continuous heating systems, structural materials face severe degradation from high-temperature oxidation, carburization, and thermal fatigue. Standard stainless steels and generic heat-resistant alloys rapidly develop scale spallation, embrittlement, and wall thinning when subjected to temperatures exceeding 1000°C.
DLX GH2747 3mm oxidation resistant nickel alloy plate is metallurgical-designed to bridge this gap. By forming a dense, self-healing continuous aluminum-chromium oxide surface film, GH2747 prevents aggressive atmospheric penetration under oxidizing, neutral, and alternating combustion atmospheres. The 3.0 mm calibrated plate profile provides optimal mechanical rigidity and high-temperature load-bearing capacity while maintaining efficient thermal transfer and ease of fabrication.
Every plate undergoes precise cold/hot rolling, continuous bright annealing, and strict ultrasonic verification to ensure uniform grain boundary structure, tight dimensional tolerance, and flawless surface finish free of micro-cracks or inclusions.

The balanced high-chromium and aluminum chemistry enables GH2747 to rapidly generate a tenacious, adherent Al2O3-Cr2O3 protective layer at elevated temperatures. This barrier effectively resists scaling, spallation, and grain-boundary oxidation up to 1250°C, substantially extending component service life in continuous thermal cycling.
Engineered with solid-solution strengthening and micro-alloy stabilization, DLX GH2747 3mm plate exhibits exceptional resistance to structural sagging, high-temperature creep deformation, and thermal shock during cyclic heating and rapid furnace shutdowns.
Unlike conventional brittle heat-resistant cast alloys, our wrought GH2747 3mm sheet maintains high ductility in the annealed state. It can be easily laser-cut, CNC punched, brake-formed, and joined using standard TIG/MIG welding techniques without post-weld micro-fissuring.
The alloy matrix exhibits low thermal expansion mismatch against heating elements and refractory linings, while demonstrating robust resistance against protective gas cracking, carbon diffusion, and reducing/oxidizing alternating industrial gases.

A: While Inconel 600 and Incoloy 800H are well-suited for moderate temperatures (up to 1000°C–1100°C), GH2747 is specifically alloyed with high aluminum and chromium to form an alumina-dominant surface layer. This enables GH2747 to resist cyclic oxidation up to 1250°C and maintain higher creep-rupture resistance without severe scale spallation in combustion and industrial furnace atmospheres.
A: The 3mm thickness offers an optimal balance between structural rigidity and forming flexibility. In the solution-annealed condition, GH2747 plates can be cold-bent and sheared cleanly. For welding, GTAW (TIG) is recommended using matching GH2747 filler wire or high-performance nickel-base consumables under pure argon backing gas. Preheating is not required.
A: Every shipment includes comprehensive inspection reports comprising positive material identification (PMI), chemical analysis, room-temperature & high-temperature tensile test data, hardness reports, dimensional tolerance verification, and ultrasonic test certificates (UT Grade A/B compliant with precision equipment criteria).
A: Custom production MOQ is flexibly aligned with specific project bill-of-materials and plate dimensions. Standard sheet sizes are readily prepared from semi-finished stock within 7–15 working days. Export orders are packaged with waterproof moisture-barrier wrapping, edge protection angles, interleaved paper/protective film, and reinforced fumigated wooden crates suitable for long-distance ocean and air freight.
