- Production Process

6. Cold Rolling: The annealed nickel plates are cold rolled to achieve the desired thickness, surface finish, and dimensional accuracy.
7. Surface Treatment: Surface treatment processes such as pickling, polishing, and coating may be applied to enhance the surface quality and corrosion resistance of the nickel plates.
8. Final Inspection and Packaging: The finished nickel plates undergo thorough quality inspection to ensure dimensional accuracy, mechanical properties, and purity levels before being packaged and shipped to customers.
