Industrial process lines fail at their weakest boundary — and for media such as hot caustic alkalis and chlorides, pipe material is that boundary. This 16mm seamless pure nickel pipe is produced from N4 (NP1) high-purity nickel with Ni+Co content of 99.9% or higher, keeping impurity sites to a minimum where corrosion most often starts. Cold-worked seamless construction eliminates the longitudinal weld seam, giving a uniform wall that carries pressure predictably. Diameter, wall thickness and length are customized per drawing, so the pipe fits the line you are building rather than forcing the line to fit a stock size. Each batch is composition-tested and can ship with EN 10204 3.1 material documentation.

Pure nickel pipe is specified in industry primarily for its resistance to hot caustic alkalis and its good behaviour in chloride-containing environments. Grade purity shifts performance: N4 with ≥99.9% Ni+Co minimizes impurity-driven attack; N6 and Ni200 cover general industrial corrosion and chemical service.
| Media class | Recommended grade | Basis |
|---|---|---|
| Hot caustic alkalis (NaOH / KOH) | N4 / Ni200 | High purity + chemical service |
| General industrial corrosion | N6 (NP2) | Best Application: Industrial corrosion |
| Chemical processing | Ni200 | Best Application: Battery, chemical |
| High-temperature service | Ni201 | Best Application: High-temp service |
| Vacuum electronics | N4 | Best Application: Vacuum electronics |
In the annealed temper, pure nickel pipe offers elongation of 35% or more, supporting bending and cold-forming during installation. Bend radii, mandrel requirements and wall-thinning limits depend on the application and must be confirmed per drawing; trial bending is recommended before series production.

Pipes are bundled with end protection to prevent edge and surface damage in transit, and shipped in wooden cases for export. Lead time: 7-15 days. Material certificates and inspection documents accompany each shipment.
Changzhou DLX Alloy Co., Ltd. has manufactured nickel alloys since 2002 in a 12,000 m² factory rated at 1,200 tonnes per year. For pipe, our engineering view is simple: a pipe is a pressure boundary, and the boundary is only as good as the material it is drawn from. Every DLX pipe order is treated that way — grade confirmed against media, dimensions locked per drawing, batch composition tested, and pressure integrity documented before it ships.
A: All dimensions beyond the 16mm OD standard — wall thickness, length and non-standard outer diameters — are manufactured per drawing, with tolerances locked at order confirmation.
A: Yes for N4 (NP1), with Ni+Co of 99.9% or higher. Composition is tested per batch and can be documented with an EN 10204 3.1 material certificate.
A: The grade matrix (N4 / N6 / Ni200 / Ni201) covers high-purity, general corrosion, chemical and high-temperature service. Share the media and operating conditions, and we will confirm the grade.
A: Ni200 / Ni201 pipes follow ASTM B161 (seamless), with B163 and B725 referenced by service; N4 / N6 pipes follow GB/T 2882-2023, effective since 2024-06-01.
A: 3 kg for N4 high-purity pipe; 10 kg for custom standard-grade pipes. Sample policy: free 0.5 kg for N6 / Ni200; N4 and Ni201 samples are charged, refundable with first orders above 50 kg.
