Flexible and ductile pure nickel strip for chemical processing — with density of 8.908 g/cm³, melting point of 1435-1446 °C and low electrical resistivity of 0.096 μΩ·m (20 °C). Pure nickel offers good flexibility and ductility for forming, excellent corrosion resistance in caustic and hydrofluoric environments, magnetic behaviour below the Curie temperature of 358 °C, high heat transfer and high electrical conductivity. The combination of flexibility, ductility and corrosion resistance makes pure nickel strip a preferred material in chemical processing, marine engineering and power generation, where equipment must hold both form and function in demanding media.

Every batch is composition-analysed and dimensionally gauged before shipment, with EN 10204 3.1 mill test certificates accompanying the material.
Material data on this page follows ASTM B162 and GB/T 2072-2020; corrosion and application guidance references nickel industry literature (Nickel Institute; ASM Specialty Handbook: Nickel, Cobalt, and Their Alloys). Batch-level composition and geometry are verified against mill test certificates (EN 10204 3.1) and in-house inspection records.

Pure nickel resists caustic alkalis and hydrofluoric environments, with purity held per grade (Ni200 ≥99.2% Ni / Ni201 ≥99.0% Ni) and media compatibility confirmed against the operating environment.
Thickness 0.05-0.5 mm (hot-sale 0.15/0.2 mm); width 5-200 mm standard, 2-15 mm custom series; per drawing.
Ni200 (≥99.2% Ni) and Ni201 (≥99.0% Ni, low carbon); selection confirmed against service chemistry and temperature.
Yes — annealed condition with elongation ≥35% supports bending, forming and fabrication work.
EN 10204 3.1 mill test certificates, batch composition and dimensional records, ISO 9001/SGS certificates and packing list.
