India's engineering and structural fabrication base is scaling fast, and the 0.025 mm nickel wire specified for structural materials has to hold its diameter and chemistry batch after batch. Our 0.025mm pure nickel wire is drawn to tight tolerances in high-purity grades up to N4 at ≥99.9% Ni+Co, with tensile strength of ≥462 MPa and elongation of ≥35% for structural service. Every batch is made on our own nickel-only line, inspected per batch and shipped with EN 10204 3.1 mill test certificates from an ISO 9001 certified facility — 1 kg MOQ, samples available, 7-15 day delivery to India.

Nickel wire is produced at 0.025 mm as specified, with the full catalog wire range of 0.025-10 mm available on request. Diameter tolerance, spool size and coil weight are confirmed against the drawing before production and locked in the batch record.

At 0.025 mm, drawing is a tolerance game: the wire is reduced through multiple passes with per-batch diameter gauging, so the finished micro wire feeds, weaves or reinforces without interruption.
Structural service needs strength plus workability: tensile strength of ≥462 MPa and elongation of ≥35% (annealed) give the wire the load capacity and formability structural materials require.
N4 at ≥99.9% Ni+Co keeps impurities low, and pure nickel resists caustic and hydrofluoric environments — extending service life where structural wire works in demanding conditions.

Quality control starts at the melt: raw material composition is verified against the grade specification before drawing, then every batch is gauged for diameter, surface and spool condition, and checked for continuity. Batch records link each order back to the melt, and EN 10204 3.1 mill test certificates ship with every consignment.

Micro wire is supplied on spools or pay-off packs, protected against moisture and kinking, packed in cartons and export cases. Documentation — mill test certificates, batch records and packing lists — accompanies every order, with a standard lead time of 7-15 days from confirmed drawing.

Micro wire is where material quality becomes visible: at 0.025 mm, a single inclusion or a diameter drift shows up in the finished structure. DLX Alloy has run a nickel-only line since 2002 — 12,000 m² of floor space, 1,200 t/yr rated capacity, ISO 9001 certified and SGS audited — drawing and inspecting micro wire per batch, with EN 10204 3.1 mill test certificates on every shipment to India and beyond.
