This Ni201 twisted stranded pure nickel wire is built for industrial applications — low carbon content (≤0.02%) for high-temperature service, stranded construction for flexibility and strength. Pure nickel wire offers excellent mechanical strength, corrosion resistance and heat resistance, widely used in electrical apparatus, chemical machinery, processing equipment, rechargeable batteries, computers, cellular phones, power tools and camcorders. Produced on our own nickel-alloy line, every spool is inspected per batch before packaging.

Ni201 (UNS N02201) holds a minimum of 99.0% nickel with carbon at or below 0.02%, limiting carbide precipitation and embrittlement at elevated temperature — which is why it is specified for high-temperature service. It is also known as Alloy 201, 2.4068 or Nickel 201.
Twisted and stranded wire combines individual strands into a flexible, strong conductor. Strand lay-up, diameter and construction parameters are manufactured per drawing, giving the wire the flexibility and mechanical strength the application needs.
Ni201 wire offers excellent corrosion resistance to caustic soda, chlorine and other harsh chemicals, and is ideal for diaphragm electrolytic caustic soda production equipment, vacuum devices, electronic components and chemical filters.
Produced on our own nickel-alloy line, every spool passes chemical composition analysis, diameter inspection and surface checks in our in-house inspection process before packaging.
