| Brand Name: | DLX |
| Model Number: | Pure Nickel |
This pure nickel wire combines high thermal conductivity (70.2 W/m·K) with high electrical conductivity and low vapor pressure — performance that earns it a place in military, aerospace, medical, chemical and electronic industries. Nickel content is 99.2% minimum (Ni200) and 99.0% (Ni201). Produced on our own nickel-alloy line, every spool is inspected per batch before packaging.

Thermal conductivity of 70.2 W/m·K (Ni200) and electrical resistivity of 0.096 μΩ·m (20°C) place pure nickel wire as an effective conductor of both heat and current — the combination demanded in electronic and thermal management applications.
Low gas content and low vapor pressure make the wire suitable for vacuum and precision service, where outgassing and contamination must be controlled. This property is confirmed against the application rather than claimed beyond the material's established behaviour.
The wire offers excellent resistance to corrosive environments, media and alkalis, including hydrofluoric acid service. It responds well to hot rolling, cold forming and machining, and is compatible with conventional welding, brazing and soldering processes.
Produced on our own nickel-alloy line, every spool passes chemical composition analysis, diameter inspection and surface checks in our in-house inspection process before packaging.

Vacuum electronics and precision instruments ask for wire that does not outgas and does not drift: low vapor pressure, stable conductivity, consistent chemistry. Changzhou DLX Alloy Co., Ltd. — 12,000 m² nickel-only plant since 2002, 1,200 tonnes per year, ISO9001 with SGS support — supplies that wire: thermal conductivity 70.2 W/m·K, resistivity 0.096 μΩ·m, drawn in-house, inspected per batch, documented with EN 10204 3.1 on request.
