A bright surface is a quality signal on battery strip: no scale, no oxidation — just clean metal for a stable weld contact. Our bright nickel strip in 4P patterns for 18650 packs is produced from Ni200/Ni201 pure nickel (≥99.2%/≥99.0% Ni) with low electrical resistivity of 0.096 μΩ·m, and custom widths locked against your drawing. Every batch is made on our own nickel-only line, inspected per batch and shipped with EN 10204 3.1 mill test certificates — 5 kg MOQ, 3-7 day delivery for small lots, 7-15 days for standard production.
Bright strip is produced in 4P patterns for 18650 packs, with thickness of 0.05-0.5 mm (hot-sale 0.15/0.2 mm) and battery widths of 2-15 mm. Pattern geometry, pitch and tolerances are confirmed against the drawing before production and locked in the batch record.
A bright, scale-free surface means the weld tip contacts clean metal every time: no oxide layer to burn through, no scale to add resistance. That is why bright finish is specified for high-volume 18650 welding lines, where contact consistency decides joint quality.
4P patterns connect four cells in parallel for 18650 layouts, distributing pack current across the connection strip. Pattern geometry and pitch are punched to the drawing and verified per batch.
Surface condition is checked per batch for scale, oxidation and burr. A consistent surface keeps weld parameters valid from the first joint to the last — which is the difference between a line that runs and a line that reworks.

Quality control starts at the melt: raw material composition is verified against UNS N02200/N02201 before rolling, then every batch is gauged for surface finish, pattern geometry, thickness and width, and checked for scale, oxidation and burr against the drawing. Batch records link each order back to the melt, and EN 10204 3.1 mill test certificates ship with every consignment.

Material data on this page follows ASTM B162 and GB/T 2072-2020; corrosion and application guidance references nickel industry literature (Nickel Institute; ASM Specialty Handbook: Nickel, Cobalt, and Their Alloys). Batch-level composition and geometry are verified against mill test certificates (EN 10204 3.1) and in-house inspection records.
Bright strip is supplied in rolls or cut lengths, edge-protected and moisture-wrapped to preserve the finish, then packed in cartons and export wooden cases. Documentation — mill test certificates, batch records and packing lists — accompanies every order. Small lots ship in 3-7 days; standard production in 7-15 days from confirmed drawing.

Incoming inspection reads surfaces first — a bright, consistent finish is the first thing it checks. DLX Alloy has run a nickel-only line since 2002 — 12,000 m² of floor space, 10,000 t/yr total capacity, ISO 9001 certified and SGS audited — rolling and finishing bright battery strip in Ni200/Ni201, with per-batch composition analysis and EN 10204 3.1 mill test certificates on every shipment.
Submit your drawing and quantity for a confirmed quote — surface finish, pattern geometry and lead time confirmed before production.
A bright, scale-free surface gives the weld tip clean metal contact every time — no oxide to burn through, no scale to add resistance — which keeps weld quality consistent on high-volume lines.
4P connects four cells in parallel for the connection strip, distributing pack current across the strip. Pattern geometry is set to the pack layout per drawing.
Ni200 (≥99.2% Ni) and Ni201 (≥99.0% Ni, low carbon) are available; grade selection is confirmed against the application.
Yes. Battery widths of 2-15 mm are standard; custom widths, lengths and pattern layouts are produced per drawing.
