Southeast Asia's battery and filtration industries weave nickel wire into mesh by the kilometre — and mesh quality starts with wire diameter that never drifts. Our 0.025mm nickel wire for mesh is drawn from Ni201 (UNS N02201, ≥99.0% Ni) with a clean, uniform surface for continuous weaving, on spools sized to your line. Every batch is made on our own nickel-only line, inspected per batch and shipped with EN 10204 3.1 mill test certificates — 1 kg MOQ, 3-7 day delivery for small lots, 7-15 days for standard production.

Wire is produced at 0.025 mm as specified, within the catalog wire range of 0.025-10 mm. Diameter tolerance, spool size and coil weight are confirmed against the drawing before production and locked in the batch record.

Mesh opening size follows wire diameter and weaving tension: if the wire drifts in diameter, the openings drift with it. 0.025 mm wire is gauged per batch so the finished mesh holds its specification across the whole roll.
Ni201 (≥99.0% Ni, ≤0.02% C) keeps the carbon budget low for mesh that runs warm — battery mesh, filter mesh and shielding mesh all benefit from stable chemistry; Ni200 (≥99.2% Ni) is available where the standard grade is preferred.
Micro wire must feed and bend without breaking or kinking during weaving. The annealed soft condition with elongation of ≥35% keeps 0.025 mm wire workable, and the clean surface avoids snagging on guides and reeds.

Quality control starts at the melt: raw material composition is verified against UNS N02201 before drawing, then every batch is gauged for diameter, surface and spool condition, and checked for continuity. Batch records link each order back to the melt, and EN 10204 3.1 mill test certificates ship with every consignment.

Material data on this page follows ASTM B164 and GB/T 21653-2008; corrosion and application guidance references nickel industry literature (Nickel Institute; ASM Specialty Handbook: Nickel, Cobalt, and Their Alloys). Batch-level composition and geometry are verified against mill test certificates (EN 10204 3.1) and in-house inspection records.
Micro wire is supplied on spools sized to weaving lines, protected against moisture and kinking, packed in cartons and export cases. Documentation — mill test certificates, batch records and packing lists — accompanies every order. Small lots ship in 3-7 days; standard production in 7-15 days from confirmed drawing.

Mesh is only as even as the wire that weaves it, and wire uniformity is a drawing discipline. DLX Alloy has run a nickel-only line since 2002 — 12,000 m² of floor space, 10,000 t/yr total capacity, ISO 9001 certified and SGS audited — drawing micro wire per batch with EN 10204 3.1 mill test certificates on every spool, for weaving lines across Southeast Asia and beyond.

Yes. The annealed soft condition and clean surface support continuous weaving without breaking or kinking; diameter is held to tolerance per batch for even mesh openings.
Battery mesh, filter mesh and shielding mesh are the common applications; specific mesh designs are confirmed against the drawing.
Ni201 (≥99.0% Ni, ≤0.02% C) suits mesh that runs warm; Ni200 (≥99.2% Ni) is available where the standard grade is preferred.
Yes. Orders ship with EN 10204 3.1 mill test certificates, batch records and export packing lists prepared for customs clearance.
1 kg for micro wire; small lots ship in 3-7 days, standard production in 7-15 days from confirmed drawing.
