| Price: | Ni201 350-390 USD/kg FOB; custom sizes per drawing |
| Supply Ability: | 10,000 t/yr (annual capacity, adjustable per product) |
This 0.05 mm-thick Ni201 pure nickel sheet, cut to 30x20 mm pieces or any size per drawing, comes from an ISO 9001 & SGS-audited nickel-only line with 10,000 t/yr capacity. The low-carbon Ni201 chemistry (C ≤0.02%) keeps thin sections stable against sensitization, and every batch is verified against catalog composition and inspected for flatness, dimension and surface before packing.
Nickel sheet, strip, foil and plate are the same family at different thicknesses, and choosing the right form saves rework. Sheet — roughly 0.05-3 mm — is supplied as flat pieces like the 30x20 mm format here, ideal for shims, gaskets, spacers and small precision parts. Foil is thinner (down to 0.025 mm) for low-current or tight-clearance jobs; strip is coiled for continuous feeding; plate is thicker (above 3 mm) for structural and busbar work. This page covers the sheet form; the other forms are available per drawing.
| Thickness | 0.05 mm (0.05-30 mm range per drawing) |

| Grade | Ni201 (Ni ≥99.0%, C ≤0.02%) |
| Temper | M (annealed) / 1/4H / 1/2H |
| MOQ | 5 kg |
At 0.05 mm, thickness tolerance and flatness dominate part quality — a few microns of drift changes shim stacks and gasket compression. Sheets are rolled and flattened on our nickel-only line, then dimension-checked per batch against the drawing, so the 30x20 mm format arrives flat, burr-free and within tolerance.
Ni201 carries a 0.02% maximum carbon content (per catalog), which keeps it free from carbide precipitation in the 430-760 °C sensitization range. For thin sheet that may see welding, brazing or elevated-temperature service, Ni201 holds ductility and corrosion resistance where Ni200 could lose them.
Small-format nickel sheet serves shims for alignment and thermal gaps, gasket and seal blanks, electrode and contact pieces, and battery or electronics spacers. Supplied as loose pieces or strip-fed blanks, sizes are cut per drawing with square edges and a clean, degreased surface ready for assembly.
Each batch is traceable to its melt: composition per catalog, geometry per drawing, surface and flatness inspected in-house. EN 10204 3.1 mill certificates and ISO 9001 & SGS audit records are available with the order, giving your QC documented evidence rather than a self-declared datasheet.

Composition is verified against the catalog, geometry against your drawing, and flatness and surface are inspected per batch on our nickel-only line. Final records are issued per EN 10204 3.1 on request.
Dimensions and material per ASTM B162 (Nickel Plate, Sheet and Strip) and GB/T 2054-2023 (Nickel and Nickel Alloy Plate); export documentation per EN 10204 3.1.
Material data on this page follows ASTM B162 and GB/T 2054-2023; physical-property guidance references the ASM Specialty Handbook: Nickel, Cobalt, and Their Alloys (ASM International) and Nickel Institute application guidance; batch-level composition and geometry are verified against mill test certificates (EN 10204 3.1) and in-house inspection records.
Sheets are interleaved with protective material and packed in export wooden cases. Lead time: 3-7 days for stock and small orders, 7-15 days for standard production, 15-30 days for complex custom work per drawing.
Thin sheet is where process discipline shows first — a nickel-only line, audited quality and capacity behind every 0.05 mm cut. Changzhou DLX Alloy Co., Ltd. has produced nickel materials since 2002 in a 12,000 m2 plant with 10,000 t/yr capacity, ISO 9001 & SGS audited, so small-format orders get the same batch records as tonnage shipments.
Submit your sheet size, thickness and quantity for a confirmed quote.
30x20 mm is the example format; any width, length or profile is cut per drawing with square edges and controlled burr.
Tolerance is locked against your drawing before production and checked per batch — confirm your requirement and we will hold it.
Ni201's 0.02% maximum carbon prevents sensitization in heated or welded thin sections, keeping ductility and corrosion resistance intact.
M (annealed) is standard for formability; 1/4H and 1/2H tempers are available where stiffness is needed.
EN 10204 3.1 mill certificates, batch records and inspection reports are available on request for incoming inspection.
MOQ is 5 kg; delivery is 3-7 days for stock and small orders, 7-15 days for standard production, and 15-30 days for complex custom work per drawing.
