  • Nickel Based corrosion resistance Alloy

Hastelloy C-4 wire is a high-performance nickel-based alloy wire with excellent corrosion resistance and high-temperature stability. It is widely used in chemical, petroleum, marine and aerospace industries.
The alloy has a density of 8.6-8.9 g/cm³ and a melting temperature range of 1325-1380℃.
Hastelloy C-4 wire performs well in high temperature and corrosive media, especially in strong acids such as chlorides, sulfuric acid, and hydrochloric acid and oxidizing environments. It has excellent mechanical properties, with a tensile strength of 650-989 MPa in solid solution, a yield strength of 280-352 MPa, and an elongation of 40%-44%. In addition, it has good oxidation resistance and stress corrosion cracking resistance, and is suitable for temperatures ranging from -200℃ to 400℃.
Hastelloy C-4 wire, with its excellent corrosion resistance and high-temperature stability, is an ideal material for handling corrosive media in industries such as chemical, petroleum, and pharmaceuticals.

Hastelloy B-2 alloy performs well in reducing media, especially in non-oxidizing acid environments such as hydrochloric acid, phosphoric acid, and sulfuric acid, and has excellent corrosion resistance.
It has good resistance to chloride ion stress corrosion cracking (SCC) and is suitable for chloride-containing environments.
The extremely low carbon and silicon content reduces the precipitation of impurity phases in the heat-affected zone of the weld, ensuring that the weld has sufficient corrosion resistance.
