Inconel bars from Changzhou DLX Alloy Co., Ltd. are engineered to perform where conventional materials fail — under extreme mechanical stress at sustained elevated temperatures. Manufactured through a combined forging and drawing process with precisely controlled heat treatment for optimized grain structure, our Inconel bars deliver the creep resistance, fatigue strength, and microstructural stability demanded by gas turbine shafts, aerospace structural components, downhole drilling tools, and high-temperature fasteners. We supply 7 Inconel grades in round bar, flat bar, and hexagonal forms from 8.0 to 200 mm diameter — all with full EN 10204 3.1 MTC traceability on every shipment.

Changzhou DLX Alloy Co., Ltd. was founded in 2002 with a single focus: nickel-based specialty alloys. We are not a general steel service center stocking whatever sells — every forging press, drawing bench, and heat treatment furnace is configured for nickel alloy manufacturing.

For sustained stress above 700°C, Inconel X750 (gamma-prime strengthened, best relaxation resistance) and Inconel 617 (outstanding creep rupture strength) are your primary options. For high stress below 700°C, Inconel 718 delivers the highest tensile and fatigue strength. Share your stress, temperature, and cycle profile — we recommend within 24 hours.
Yes. Inconel 718 and X750 are available in solution-annealed condition (machine to near-net shape, then age harden in-house) or fully age-hardened condition for finish machining only. Specify your target hardness range or AMS specification.
Yes. UT per ASTM A388 / AMS 2301 is available as standard for bars intended for rotating shafts, turbine discs, and other safety-critical components. We can test to your specific acceptance criteria and include full UT reports with your MTC.
MOQ is negotiated per grade, diameter, and specification. We support trial quantities for first-time buyers to validate quality and machinability before committing to production volumes.
Every shipment includes EN 10204 3.1 MTC with full chemical composition and mechanical properties, UT test reports (if specified), dimensional inspection report, certificate of conformance, and packing list. All documentation traceable to original heat number.
