Yes. DLX manufactures to your specified diameter and tolerance class (h8–k12). For diameters between standard mill sizes, we can produce via drawing or peel turning to meet your exact requirement.

Do you supply with third-party inspection and UT reports?

Yes. Third-party NDT and material verification by SGS, BV, or TÜV can be arranged. Ultrasonic testing per ASTM A388 / AMS 2301 is available as standard or to your specific acceptance criteria.

What is the minimum order quantity?

MOQ is negotiated per grade, diameter, and specification. We support trial quantities for first-time buyers to validate quality and machinability before committing to production volumes.

Can you supply bars in the age-hardened condition for Inconel 718 or X750?

Yes. Both solution-annealed (ready for your in-house heat treatment) and fully age-hardened conditions are available. Specify your target hardness range or mechanical property requirements — we supply to AMS 5662 / AMS 5663 specifications.

What documentation is included with each shipment?

Every shipment includes EN 10204 3.1 MTC with full chemical composition and mechanical properties, UT test reports (if specified), dimensional inspection report, certificate of conformance, and packing list. All documentation traceable to original heat number.
