Changzhou DLX Alloy Co., Ltd. manufactures high-performance Inconel alloy wire engineered for critical applications demanding superior creep-rupture strength, high-temperature oxidation resistance, and harsh chemical corrosion resistance. Our precision-drawn nickel-chromium superalloy wire is available in ultra-fine to heavy wire gauges (0.025 mm to 10.0 mm) with tight dimensional tolerances, customized tensile profiles, and fully annealed or spring-tempered conditions.
DLX Inconel wire series is produced via vacuum induction melting (VIM) followed by electroslag remelting (ESR) and multi-pass diamond die drawing. Key engineering advantages include:

Q1: Which Inconel wire grade should I choose between Inconel 625, 718, and 600?
A1: Choose Inconel 625 for extreme corrosion resistance and high strength up to 1000°C without heat treatment. Choose Inconel 718 when ultra-high tensile and yield strength (via precipitation aging) is required up to 650°C, especially for high-load springs. Choose Inconel 600 for cost-effective oxidation resistance and carburization resistance in thermal processing up to 1100°C.
Q2: What is DLX’s minimum order quantity (MOQ) and sample policy?
A2: Our standard MOQ is 5 kg per specification. We provide 0.5 kg free samples for testing and evaluation, with customer only covering freight.
Q3: What diameter range and tolerances do you provide?
A3: DLX supplies wire diameters from 0.025 mm (ultra-fine) to 10.0 mm. Diameter tolerance ranges from ±0.002 mm for ultra-fine wires to ±0.01 mm for heavy wires.
Q4: What delivery conditions and tempers are available?
A4: We provide Soft Annealed (Bright finish), 1/4 Hard, 1/2 Hard, and Full Spring Hard tempers with customized tensile strengths ranging from 650 MPa to 1800 MPa depending on grade and diameter.
Q5: Can you provide customized spooling and packaging?
A5: Yes. We support standard DIN spools (DIN 80, DIN 100, DIN 125, DIN 160, DIN 200, DIN 250), custom coils, and cut-to-length straight rods packaged in moisture-proof cartons and export wooden cases.
