Inconel Alloy Plate — 625 & 718 for Aerospace, Chemical & Power
  • Precision rolled + optimized annealing — Continuous rolling with precise thickness control followed by optimized high-temperature annealing delivers superior flatness, ductility, and surface quality. No warpage issues in your fabrication process.
  • Full heat-to-plate traceability — Every plate traceable to original heat number with EN 10204 3.1 MTC included as standard. Multi-point quality chain from incoming billet through finished plate inspection under ISO9001.
  • Custom dimensions to your drawing — Plates produced to your specified thickness, width, and length. No forcing standard mill sizes that don't match your cutting plan — reduce material waste and fabrication cost.
  • Integrated production under one roof — Melting, hot rolling, cold rolling, annealing, leveling, cutting, and NDT testing all in-house. No quality gaps from outsourced processing — consistent properties plate to plate, batch to batch.
  • 7 grades, one supplier — From standard Inconel 600/625 to precipitation-hardened 718/X750 and extreme-temperature 617, DLX covers your full project bill of materials without multi-vendor complexity.
  • Application-level support — Our metallurgical team reviews your service conditions (temperature, pressure, corrosive media) before recommending grade, thickness, and heat treatment state. Engineering partnership, not just material supply.
Why Choose DLX Alloy?

Changzhou DLX Alloy Co., Ltd. was founded in 2002 with a single focus: nickel-based specialty alloys. We are not a general metal distributor — every piece of equipment, process parameter, and quality checkpoint is designed around nickel alloy manufacturing.

  • 12,000 m² dedicated facility with integrated melting, rolling, annealing, leveling, cutting, and NDT testing — plates produced under one roof, from ingot to finished plate
  • 1,200-ton annual capacity, with automated rolling lines improving throughput by ~25% over conventional equipment
  • Custom plate capability — produced to customer-specified thickness, width, and length rather than forcing standard mill sizes that increase your material waste
  • Five product forms — bar, strip, tube, plate, and wire — enabling integrated supply for customers sourcing multiple product types from a single qualified vendor
  • ISO9001 quality management with multi-point traceability; SGS-accredited with BV and TÜV third-party inspection available
