Frequently Asked Questions
Can I order tubes to non-standard diameters and wall thicknesses?

Yes. DLX specializes in custom tube production. Submit your OD, wall thickness, length, and grade — we manufacture to your specification.

Do you supply with third-party inspection reports?

Yes. Third-party NDT and material verification by SGS, BV, or TÜV can be arranged. In-house PMI, UT, eddy current, and hydrostatic test reports included as standard.

What is the minimum order quantity?

MOQ is negotiated per grade and specification. We support trial quantities for first-time buyers.

Can you supply tubes in the age-hardened condition for Inconel 718 or X750?

Yes. Both solution-annealed and age-hardened conditions are available. Specify your required heat treatment condition and mechanical property targets.

What happens if tubes don't meet specification on arrival?

Every tube is dimensionally checked, NDT-tested, and documented before shipment. In the rare event of non-conformance, we review your inspection report against our MTC and resolve through replacement or credit.
