Exceptional Corrosion Resistance ASTM B622 Hastelloy C276 Bar |
Hastelloy C276, also known as Hastelloy alloy, is a high-performance alloy composed of a unique Ni Mo Cr Fe alloy in the corrosion-resistant alloy series. Its performance is widely used in fields such as chemical industry, chemical engineering, medical devices, marine engineering, and nuclear engineering. Hastelloy C276 is a member of the Hastelloy family and has higher corrosion resistance compared to other members.
Hastelloy C276 has excellent processing performance and can be used for both hot and cold processing. In terms of hot working, this alloy can be melted and cast in the range of 1100 ℃ to 900 ℃. In terms of cold working, this alloy can be processed through processes such as forging, rolling, and cold drawing. In terms of welding, Hastelloy C276 can be welded using various welding methods such as tungsten inert gas arc welding and gas shielded welding. During the welding process, measures should be taken to reduce welding stress and avoid defects such as cracks.
