Introduction:
DLX is the manufacturer of nickel alloy wire. And Ni-all thermal spray welding wire NiAl 95/5 (TAFA 75B)are widely used in arc and flange flame spray systems, Coatings to resist heat and prevent scaling of conventional low alloy steels,Bond coats for improving the adhesion of top coatings,Coatings on moulds in the glass industry.
Typical Uses and Applications:
This material has proven very effective in providing long term protection to boiler tubes against high temperature sulfidation. The wrought material is highly resistant to sulfur/vanadium atmospheres up to 1800°F. Wrought material of this type has shown a 2 mil per year corrosion rate over a nine year period when used in the super heater section of boilers. Coatings of 45CT wire applied to boiler tubes have shown virtually no loss of thickness or spalling after 24 months of service (as of this writing).

Products are generally supplied in standard cardboard boxes, pallets, wooden boxes. Special packaging requirements can also be accommodated. (also depend on the customers' requirements)
For the Thermal spray wires , we wind small size wire less than 1.6mm wires on spools. Bigger size over than 2.4mm in coils. Then put spools into cartons, Then put the cartons onto pallet or wood box.
