Production Process

2. Smelting: Nickel ore undergoes smelting in a furnace at high temperatures to extract pure nickel metal.
3. Casting: Molten nickel is cast into ingots or slabs of desired shapes and sizes.
4. Hot Rolling: Cast nickel ingots/slabs are heated and passed through hot rolling mills.
5. Annealing: Hot-rolled nickel plates undergo annealing to relieve internal stresses and improve ductility.
6. Cold Rolling: Annealed nickel plates are cold rolled to achieve desired thickness and surface finish.
7. Surface Treatment: Processes like pickling, polishing, and coating enhance surface quality and corrosion resistance.
8. Final Inspection and Packaging: Finished nickel plates undergo thorough quality inspection before packaging.
