  •  Production Process

1. Raw Material Selection: High-quality nickel ore is selected based on purity and composition requirements for the production of pure nickel tubes.

2. Smelting: The selected nickel ore is smelted in a furnace at high temperatures to extract the pure nickel metal.

3. Casting: The molten nickel is cast into billets or ingots of desired shapes and sizes using molds.

4. Extrusion: The nickel billets/ingots are heated and extruded through a die to form seamless tubes of various diameters and lengths.

5. Cold Drawing: The extruded nickel tubes may undergo cold drawing processes to further reduce their diameter and improve dimensional accuracy and surface finish.

6. Annealing: The cold-drawn nickel tubes undergo annealing process to relieve internal stresses and improve mechanical properties such as ductility and toughness.

7. Surface Treatment: Surface treatment processes such as pickling, polishing, and coating may be applied to enhance the surface quality and corrosion resistance of the nickel tubes.

8. Final Inspection and Packaging: The finished nickel tubes undergo rigorous quality inspection to ensure dimensional accuracy, mechanical properties, and purity levels before being packaged and shipped to customers.
